President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who is on an official visit to Turkey, took part in the opening of the Turkmen-Turkish business forum at the Central Office of the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
Speaking at the event, the head of the Turkmen state expressed confidence that this meeting of businessmen of the two countries will give trade and economic interaction between Turkmenistan and Turkey a qualitatively new impetus and will allow them to discuss specific issues of cooperation.
Before the start of the forum, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov laid flowers at the Mausoleum of the founder and first President of Turkey Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, as well as at the monument to the outstanding Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi in the Turkmenistan Park in Ankara.
