The President of Turkmenistan spoke for maintaining the stability of Central Asia

Speaking at the Sixth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Astana, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of maintaining peace, harmony and stability in the region against the backdrop of a difficult global situation.

He called on the countries of Central Asia to resist attempts to drag the region into spheres of influence and conflicts, while maintaining their identity and the right to independently choose their development path, TDH reports.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the similarity of positions of the countries of the region in the pursuit of prosperity and integration into global relations while maintaining their identity. According to him, only this approach will ensure a decent future for the states and peoples of Central Asia.
