1.President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who is on a working visit to New York, took part in the 78th session of the UN General Assembly.Speaking at the plenary session, the head of state voiced the priority positions of Turkmenistan on pressing issues of regional and global scale, as well as new creative initiatives aimed at further expanding effective international cooperation that meets the interests of general well-being and progress.
2.Today the XXIV Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmen of the World is being held in Ashgabat, dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan.
On this occasion, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to the conference participants.The President noted that over the 32 years of Turkmenistan’s independence, a huge amount of work has been done to widely popularize the achievements of the country’s people in the world.
Turkmenistan has become a comprehensive and rapidly developing state.The ceremonial opening of the first stage of the city of Arkadag indicates that the country has achieved great goals in a new historical era.
3.The Exhibition of Economic Achievements of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the country's independence, opened at the Expo Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
At the opening ceremony, the Address of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to its participants was read out.Key organizations and public sector enterprises, successful private companies representing all sectors of the country's national economy take part in the Exhibition.
4. The State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan opens the new season with the concert program “Tchaikovsky Symphony № 4” and “Masterpieces of World Symphonic Music”. The concert will be on September 30 on the stage of the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center.
5.During the visit of the Turkmen delegation to France, with the participation of the Chairman of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rahimberdy Jepbarov, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Union of Arab and French Banks.
The agreement provides for cooperation in the field of financing export-import operations, development of trade and economic cooperation between Turkmenistan and France, as well as attracting investments into the economy of Turkmenistan.

6. Uzbekistan Airways will open regular flights from Tashkent to Ankara from November 4. Flights will operate on Saturdays. An agreement to open a direct flight Tashkent - Ankara - Tashkent was reached during a meeting of representatives of the aviation departments of both countries this summer.
7.A 3D printed vegan salmon fillet has gone on sale in Austria.The author of the creative dish is the startup Revo Foods from Vienna.The simulated salmon meat is made from protein derived from mushrooms.

10.Turkmen athletes began training in Hangzhou, China ahead of the opening of the XIX Summer Asian Games on September 23.The area of the Athletes' Village, where the Turkmenistan team settled, is 799 thousand square meters. 37 multi-storey residential buildings were built here for athletes from 45 countries.
Around 12 500 athletes from 45 countries are expected to live in the Village at the height of the Asian Games.
