Pursuant to the decree issued by President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov as of 5 September:
— Legal counsel of 1 class Baimyrat Nurnazarov was relieved of the post of the Akhal prosecutor supervising law enforcement in penitentiary facilities as his term of office expired.
Legal counsel of 1 class Mekan Ulugberdiev was appointed as his replacement;
— Junior Counselor of Justice Byashimmukhammet Amamov was relieved of the post of deputy prosecutor of Dashoguz velayat for health reasons. Junior Counselor of Justice Alym Gonurov was appointed as his replacement;
— Legal counsel of 1 class Akhal Rejepov was relieved of the post of the prosecutor of Vekilbazar etrap, Mary velayat. Legal counsel of 1 class Shokhrat Myamiyev was appointed as his replacement;
— Junior Counselor of Justice Shatlyk Myradov was appointed prosecutor of Babadaikhan etrap, Akhal velayat.
