The President of Turkmenistan met with the Prime Minister of Tajikistan

During the regular meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzada. The parties discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation, MIC reports.

The head of the Turkmen state noted that in recent years, high-level contacts between Turkmenistan and Tajikistan have become active. Kohir Rasulzada expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and noted the steady pace of strengthening mutually beneficial relations between the countries.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that Turkmenistan highly values cooperation with friendly Tajikistan and is ready to further strengthen these fruitful relations.
