In accordance with articles 54, 56, 72 and 83 Of the law of Turkmenistan "on the court", President and Supreme commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed today a Decree on the appointment and dismissal of judges, by which he decided to:
• appoint Atayev Bashim as a judge of the Arbitration court of Turkmenistan;
• assign Welmamedov Babajan Gurbangeldiyevich judge Akhal velayat court, releasing from office of a judge Berkararlyk etrap court of Ashgabat city;
• appoint Seytiev Serdar Altyevich as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Balkanabat city court of the Balkan velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;
• assign Yazmuhammedov Yagshymyrat Toylyevich judge Berkararlyk etrap court of Ashgabat city and assign it the 5th qualification class;
• appoint Hudayberdiev Yusup Gurbangulyevich as a judge of the Etrek etrap court of the Balkan velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;
• assign Amanov Merdan Ilmammedovich judge Hojambaz etrap court of Lebap province, and to assign the 5th qualification class;
• in connection with the expiration of the term of the release Meredov Atanyyaz Sahytovich from the post of Chairman of the Arbitration court of Turkmenistan;
• in connection with the expiration of the term of the release Myradova Tallagozel from office of a judge of the Arbitration court of Turkmenistan;
• in connection with the expiration of the term of the release Jumanazarov Merdan Meretgeldiyevich from office of a judge Gokdepe etrap court, Akhal velayat.
