Yesterday, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to Akhal region and familiarized himself with a large-scale work carried out for construction of a new modern administrative centre of the given region.
In the morning, the head of the state left for the site of this large-scale project.Today, early in the morning, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, having heard a happy news of the birth of a foal in the International Akhal-teke equestrian sports complex, which is located in one of the most beautiful corners of the piedmont of the Kopetdag, visited this complex to see the newly born foal.
The horse breeder, who works there warmly welcomed the leader of the nation and showed him the foal.Seyis of the Akhal-teke horse complex of the President of Turkmenistan, Türkmenistanyň ussat halypa çapyksuwary O.Annalyev addressed the head of the state with a request to give a name to the light dun foal, which was given birth by horses Gozbash and Keykilhan, which belong to the family of the legendary Pereng.
As the leader of the nation noted, from time immemorial, news of the birth of a foal, like the birth of a baby, was brought to all and a worthy name was given to it.
Guided with the fact that the motto of this year is The epoch of people with Arkadag, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said that it would be appropriate to give the foal a name of Zaman.
Then, adhering to the age-old noble traditions, the leader of the nation with good wishes put on the neck of the foal alaja, which was woven by Ogulabat eje.
Having wished the horse breeder further successes in his important work, the leader of the nation left the place.The horse breeder was presented with a gift on behalf of the head of the state.
Further, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov headed towards the new modern administrative centre of Akhal region.The head of the state got interested in the state of construction of the monument Akhal with a height of 40 meters installed on the square in front of the regional khyakimlik.
Then, the leader of the nation familiarized himself with the draft designs of projects, which are built in the territory of the new modern administrative centre of Akhal region and in other parts of the country and drawings of their location.
Head of the office for projects under construction of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture D.Orazov informed him on draft designs.For consideration of the head of the state was presented projects of the monument Akhal, the interior and exterior of the children’s health and rehabilitation centre in Akhal region and its equipment.
With a detailed information of features of their interior finish and equipment among other designs were projects of nursery schools for 100 and 150 children, which are built in the territory of the new modern administrative centre.
For consideration of the head of the state were also submitted drawings of location of civil engineering structures in the new administrative centre.Having pointed out that it is necessary to use the advanced practice at construction of engineering systems, the leader of the nation gave him a number of instructions in this connection.
Continuing his familiarization with the presented projects, the head of Turkmenistan got interested in the conditions, which will be created in the hotel.Having familiarized himself with the proposals of versions of names to be given to a modern hotel and a shopping centre, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov thought it more appropriate to name them as following: the hotel - Märkaw, and the shopping centre - Gökdere.
For consideration of the head of the state were also submitted project designs of road transport infrastructure including bus stops, building materials used for interior finish as well as underground passages.
Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Ch.Gylyjov presented projects and work, which private constructors, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs carry out, to the head of the state and informed of their participation in construction of various projects, in particular, the Tejen-Mary section of the Ashgabat-Turkmenabat high-speed autobahn.
Special attention is attached to location of squares and green zones, recreation centres at construction of the new administrative centre of Akhal region.A separate place will be given to the territory of the recreation zone, and it will be called the historical-cultural park of Akhal region.
Here will be placed images of all historical monuments and burials located in the region.President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov drew the attention of the gathered to necessity to use the latest technologies, know-how, digital systems and advanced experience at construction of all projects of the new administrative centre.
At the same time, national traditions of architecture should harmoniously match with modern trends based upon the advanced world practice and latest achievements of science, the head of the state stated and gave him concrete instructions.
Further, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held there a working meeting with participation of heads of profile institutions and heads of building contracts who work at the site of the new administrative centre of Akhal region.
Addressing participants of the working meeting, the head of the state told that on his way to the centre, he visited the International Akhal-teke equestrian complex, where a new foal had just was born and talked to horse breeders.
Further, the head of the state addressing Deputy-Chairman E.Orazgeldiyev, commissioned him to study issues of financing the horse-breeding sector in addition to the funds of the state budget.
Having announced the agenda of the meeting, the leader of the nation marked that within the framework of dynamic reforms carried out in the country, efficient measures are taken to further improve structures of sectors of national economy.
At present, the pace of work carried out at the ongoing construction of the new modern administrative centre of Akhal region also grows significantly, the head of the state continued his word.
Developing upon it, the leader of the nation drew attention to the fact that construction of the new regional centre was planned to be implemented at 2 stages.The 1st stage expected construction of 336 projects, which included 11 public and 26 administrative buildings, 19 education institutions, 258 two and multi-storeyed residential buildings.
It also includes 8 healthcare and sports projects, 14 internal and external engineering networks, in construction of which 62 local individual enterprises, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs as well as 5 state enterprises take part, the head of the state noted.
Further, the head of the state heard reports of members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country and heads of individual enterprises, which carry out construction of the new administrative centre.
In particular, head of the enterprise of public association “Birleşme-Gurluşyk”, founders of the economic society “Saýaly menzil”, individual enterprise “Ussat inžener”, head of the individual enterprise “Sport ýyldyzy”, founder of the economic society “Dost gurluşyk, söwda önümçilik”, directors of individual enterprises “Ojar Aziýa”, individual enterprise “Nusaý ýollary”, director general of the close-end joint stock company “Türkmen Awtoban”, chief engineer of this company, founder of the individual enterprise “Nur bina gurluşyk”, reported on the work carried out in connection with construction of the projects, parks, and other social projects here connected with construction, road and transport and engineering structures.
A great significance is given for creation of parks, green zones in the new modern administrative centre.Chairman of “Türkmenaragatnaşyk” Agency Kh.Khudayguliyev reported on the program, which has been developed by modern types of internet and communication systems and is planned to be set up and their efficient work.
The head of the state noted that the conception of “smart” city is based upon harmony of advanced information and communications technologies and internet resources.With their help a unique ecological system, which ensures management of urban structures and services, further enhancement of social and living level of population, is established, the leader of the nation said and in this regard, gave a number of concrete instructions.
Head of the department for capital construction of the Akhal region khyakimlik M.Pirgulyev reported on the results of control carried out over construction activities here as well as over the work for supply of projects.
Head of the office for projects under construction of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the country D.Orazov reported that the work carried out in construction of the new administrative centre fully meets modern requirements and large-scale city planning program.
He also assured that necessary measures would be taken for successful implementation of tasks set for completion of construction of the regional centre at the fixed terms and ensured high quality of implemented work.
Further, Minister of Construction and Architecture G.Orunov reported on the materials used in construction and finishing of projects of the centre, features of their interior and exterior as well as on measures taken to increase in the pace of building activities.
Khyakim of Akhal region Ya.Gurbanov expressed his gratitude to the leader of the nation on behalf of the population of the region for his great attention to solution of issues of social and economic development and improvement of industrial infrastructure of the region as well as acceleration of the pace of construction activities.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov drew attention to importance of creation of projects in the new administrative centre as well as social projects and favourable conditions for comfortable life, recreation and fruitful work of people.
As was underlined, the work carried out in this area should meet the optimal conception of smart city.Further, addressing participants of the working meeting, the head of the state demanded that a priority significance should be given for ensuring high quality and timely commissioning of projects in the new administrative centre of Akhal region, digital development should be involved widely, green trees should be planted in compliance with the soil and climatic conditions of the locality as well as elements of national architecture should be used in the design of buildings.
Leader of the nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also made an emphasis on the tasks to attract students of higher educational establishments of the country to construction activities, immediate consideration and quick solution of issues, which arise at daily meetings of the Working Committee set up here, preparation and submission of proposals on especially important issues for consideration of the President of Turkmenistan.
