The President of Turkmenistan discussed economic cooperation with a representative of "Itochu Corporation"

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with Hiroyuki Tsubai, a member of the Board of Directors and executive vice president of "Itochu Corporation", as well as the chairman of the Turkmen-Japanese Economic Cooperation Committee, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the comprehensive development of relations between Turkmenistan and Japan, which are long-term and strategic in nature, was discussed.

Particular attention was paid to trade and economic relations, in particular, cooperation in the gas industry and chemical industry. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of preparations for the World "Expo 2025" in Japan and wished the success of this event.
