President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing Gulendam Gurbanova as deputy hakim of the Bereket etrap of the Balkan velayat. She will replace Dursadap Orazmammedova in this position, who was relieved of her duties, TDH reports.
