The head of the Cycling Federation of Turkmenistan, Dovletgeldy Annaev, discussed plans for the development of sports and cultural relations at a meeting with the UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Ahmed Al Hameli, the press service of the UAE Embassy in Ashgabat reports.
