The oldest man on the planet has passed away

Juan Vicente Perez Mora, a resident of Venezuela, died of respiratory complications at the age of 115.

Born on May 27, 1909, in the town of El Cobre, he was the ninth of ten children and himself the father of 11. Until his last days, Perez Mora lived on a farm in San Jose de Bolivar.

In 2022, a few months before his 113th birthday, he was officially recognized by the Guinness World Records as the oldest man in the world, surpassing Spaniard Saturnino de la Fuente Garcia, who died at 112, in age. This is reported by gazeta.ru with reference to El Nacional.
