The official ball of 2022 World Cup presented

The International Football Federation (FIFA) and Adidas have presented the official ball for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Myal was named Al Rihla, which is from Arabic translated as “journey”.

The design of the ball is inspired by the culture, unique architecture of Qatar and the national flag of the country.

The German company Adidas has made the ball for the 14th World Cup in a row. It is noted, that in flight it moves faster than any other ball in the tournament’s history.

The final tournament of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar will be held from November 21 to December 18. The final tournament’s matches will be played in eight stadiums. The opening match, in which the host team will definitely play, will be held on November 21 at the “Al-Beit” Stadium.

Matches of group stages will be held from November 21 to December 2, 1/8 finals December 3-6, 1/4 finals December 9-10, 1/2 finals December 13-14, match for 3rd place December 17, final 18 December.
