The Museum of Fine Arts presents a collection of paintings on the topic of the school

The thematic exposition set up in the Museum of Fine Arts is timed by the beginning of the new academic year. For the current exhibition is characterized by the disclosure of the theme mediated, through the prism of memories and the palette of characters.

Such a perspective allows not only to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of joy of boys and girls, armed with bouquets of flowers, new backpacks, portfolios, bows and snow-white shirts, but focuses attention of the visitors to the importance of the process of cognition and trustful dialogue between the teacher and the student.

The exhibition is opened by Ivan Ilyin's painting "New School".Carefully with love, a whitewashed large one-story building with many windows has become the center of attraction for the younger generation of villagers, hurrying to the first lesson on all sides.

The spacious square in front of the school, slender, poplar-looking sky, the abundance of light and air on the canvas cause a feeling of loftiness, respect for the place where children receive knowledge that will determine their future life.

The canvas echoes the picture of Hulla Annacharyev "My Village".The artist painted his small homeland. The angle from the top allowed him to cover several streets and many buildings, most important of which is a two-story school.

An old bus brought boys and girls from the distant villages, a group of children poured out of the bus and amicably directed to classes.

The school itself is interesting, the artist showed it from the butt. The viewer can see two buildings and a fragment of the schoolyard with a sports ground.

The painting was paineted in 1980, and at that time such a school in the village, for sure considered exemplary. Now in Turkmenistan, state-of-the-art educational complexes are being built with computer and language laboratories.

Well, old schools live in the memory and hearts of graduates of the older generation.

The famous painting by Yakub Annanurov "Teacher" adds nostalgic colors to the picturesque narrative about school years and the first teacher. Tastefully selected clothes, neat hairstyle, good-natured look speak about intelligence and ability to establish contact with the children of the hero of the canvas.

A teenage girl, fascinated by reading, became the hero of Shahan Akmuhammedov's painting "At the Window". Next to the girl is a vase with gladioli, as if stretching upwards on long stems. The large strokes, with which the painting is painted, a bluish-greenish color palette, leave a feeling of tangible freshness.

A young girl in a plaid dress - in the picture of Niyazmurad Dovodov "A student of an art school".The hero is keen on drawing and, in all likelihood, does not even notice that she herself became the character of the picture of the teacher.

The concentration and perseverance, thanks to which the beginning artist "with a head" went into her work, will surely help her to reach heights in painting.

The picture, dating from 2018, is "New Moon" by Saparmammad Meredov. For young characters in the canvas, preparing to go to school, the new moon symbolizes the beginning of an important stage in life, and a huge plantation of sunflowers is an image of life-affirming energy and joyful emotions.

The artist deliberately focused on the landscape, emphasizing the harmonious relationship of man and nature.
