The kickboxing section in the Ashgabat Olympic village announced a set of groups for children and teenagers

The Ashgabat section of kickboxing has announced a set of groups for children and teenagers of any level of training - from 6 to 18 years old.

Kickboxing is a type of contact martial arts that combines the technique of fisticuffs and kicks. Classes with students are conducted by the champion of Asia and Turkmenistan in the disciplines "full contact" and "K-1" Nurmuhammet Atabaev.

Atabaev is a pupil of the honored coach of Turkmenistan Alexander Snagovsky, whose methods of work have consistently brought high results to Turkmenistan in the international arena for more than 20 years. Under his leadership, more than one generation of talented Turkmen athletes was brought up, including coach Nurmuhammet Atabayev.

Kickboxing classes develop physically: they strengthen the shoulder girdle, arm muscles and abs. It helps to improve reaction, coordination, flexibility, balance and agility.

In addition to physical development, training improves internal qualities: they give self-confidence, help to overcome difficulties.
