Tomorrow the IV International Festival “Theatrical Art of the Age of Happiness” starts in Ashgabat and the city of Arkadag.
The opening ceremony of the festival will be in the morning at the Main Academic Drama Theater of Turkmenistan.
Next, the show of the program performance “The Word of the Soul” of the State Drama Theater named after Aman Gulmammedov in the city of Arkadag will begin at 15.00.
At 17.30, the Main Academic Drama Theater of Turkmenistan will host a performance of the play “Night Far from the Motherland” by the Tajik State Youth Theater named after.
M.Vahidova.The concept of the performance is based on the work of the Tajik poet Bozor Sobir, who wrote about his native land, great love for the land of his ancestors, and self-sacrifice.
The first day of the festival will end with the performance of the play “Gharib and Shahsanam in Love” by the Horezm Regional Music and Drama Theater of Uzbekistan at the National Music and Drama Theater of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly at 19:00.
The theater festival will last until November 16. Entrance to performances within the festival is open to everyone.
