The grand opening of the International Exhibition "Turkmentel-2024", dedicated to the development of telecommunications, telemetry, information technology and television and radio broadcasting equipment, took place at the Expo Center of the Ashgabat Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
More than 200 representatives from more than 30 countries and Turkmenistan took part in the opening ceremony. The forum participants heard a congratulatory address from the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The event was organized by the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. The exhibition will include an International Scientific Conference, including sessions on digital transformation, innovations in digital technologies and cybersecurity, development of network technologies, satellite communications and the creation of inclusive digital societies.
There will also be a seminar of the Universal Postal Union and an award ceremony for the winners of the “Digital Solution 2024” innovation projects competition.
