The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Institute of Solar Energy of the Academy of Sciences is assigned under the authority of the State Energy Institute.
The document assigns the Ministry of Energy of the Academy of Scineces together with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and present the proposals on amendments and addendums of the legislation of the country following from this Resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers in one month period.
