The head of Turkmenistan congratulated the President of the Czech Republic on the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations to President of the Czech Republic Milos Zeman and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations being celebrated today.

“Relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust”, the head of state noted, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, reported on today's issue of the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that thanks to joint efforts, cooperation between the countries would continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the head of Turkmenistan expressed his wishes to President Milos Zeman for good health, happiness and well-being, and for the people of the Czech Republic - further progress and prosperity.

Diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Czech Republic were established on January 31, 1993.
