In accordance with President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov's decrees, Ashyr Myradovich Garayev was appointed Chairman of the National Space Agency under the President of Turkmenistan; Gochmyrat Ashyrmuhammedovich Myradov- Minister of Finance of Turkmenistan; Allaberdy Ashirov - Rector of the Institute of Public Utilities of Turkmenistan.
The head of the state temporarily entrusted the duties of the Minister of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan to the Deputy Minister of Construction and Architecture, Charyyar Durdymyradovich Ahmedov.
By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan Gochmyrat Ashyrmuhammedovich Myradov was appointed as the National Coordinator for international technical assistance of the European Union from the Government of the country and the Manager of the World Bank from Turkmenistan.
