National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov takes part in the III High-Level Forum “One Belt, One Road” in Beijing, TDH reports.
The forum brought together over 140 delegations from around the world, as well as representatives of 30 international organizations. Among them are heads of state and heads of leading international structures.
It is noted that during the forum it is planned to discuss issues of expanding investment and trade cooperation, digitalization of the economy. Presentations of new investment projects and signing of agreements are also expected.
According to the plan, the Head of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will speak at a high-level conference on the relationship between the countries participating in the “One Belt, One Road” initiative. This Chinese initiative aims to boost trade and investment between interested countries. More than 150 states and 30 international organizations have already joined it.
