As TDH reports, on the instructions of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, a creative delegation of art masters, cultural figures, representatives of the film industry, museum specialists and journalists from Turkmenistan went to Budapest.
Before the start of the solemn event, visitors examined the prepared exhibition, where, to the sounds of the national melody, they got acquainted with the museum values of fine and decorative arts of Turkmenistan.
At the official opening ceremony, speakers noted the importance of the ongoing events to further strengthen friendly Turkmen-Hungarian relations.
As part of the cultural event, the Turkmen delegation will take part in Kurultai a celebration of the preservation of the ancient traditions of the Hunnic and Turkic peoples, which will be held in the town of Bugats on August 9-11.
The grand opening of the monument to the great Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi will also be held as part of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Hungary.
