Members of the Government of Turkmenistan, with the exception of heads of the agricultural complex and velayat hyakims, received permission to take a leave of absence from August 1 to September 1, 2024.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov announced this decision at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers based on the results of the first half of the year, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
As in previous years, officials are recommended to spend their holidays within the country - in the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone, the Archman resort, the Yylysuv sanatorium or other health institutions of Turkmenistan.
Having stated that the indicators of the past six months were generally satisfactory, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the heads of all ministries and line departments to hold meetings in the coming days on the results of the work done over the past six months.
