The foreign ministers of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan discussed bilateral cooperation

A meeting was held in Astana between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan - Rashid Meredov and Murat Nurtleu.The IIC of Turkmenistan reports this.During the negotiations, the parties discussed a wide range of bilateral cooperation, including political, trade and economic, transport and transit, energy and cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The ministers also agreed on a schedule for upcoming international summits.M.Nurtleu congratulated his colleague on the successful holding of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Kazakhstan and the opening of a monument to the Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi in Astana.

Let us remind that on July 4, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited Kazakhstan on a working visit.The National Leader of the Turkmen people spoke at a meeting in the SCO+ format and took part in the opening ceremony of the Magtymguly monument in Astana.
