The EBRD invested about 334 million euros in Turkmenistan

The total investment of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Turkmenistan to date has reached an impressive amount of 334 million euros. These funds were used to finance 87 different projects in the country. This is stated in the message of the IIC of Turkmenistan.

According to the data, the EBRD's current loan portfolio in Turkmenistan is estimated at approximately 25 million euros. The bank's investment strategy provides for the implementation of at least 18 projects in the country.

Representatives of the EBRD emphasize that the main focus of the loan portfolio is aimed at developing and supporting the private sector of Turkmenistan, while covering a wide range of sectors of the economy.

These investments demonstrate the EBRD's long-term commitment to the economic development of Turkmenistan and the strengthening of its private sector.
