The development of Turkmen-Belarusian cooperation was discussed in Minsk

Ambassador of Turkmenistan Nazarguly Shagulyev and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Igor Nazaruk discussed issues of strengthening Turkmen-Belarusian relations in various areas of cooperation, reports the Turkmen diplomatic mission in the Republic of Belarus.

The parties confirmed their mutual interest in developing political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two countries. Particular attention was paid to the positive experience of interaction in the fields of education, science, sports and healthcare.

During the meeting, diplomats highly appreciated the effective partnership of the foreign policy departments, as well as the successful practice of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Belarus within the framework of international organizations.

Ambassador Shagulyev presented Deputy Minister Nazaruk with a special issue of the international illustrated magazine “Turkmenistan”, dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi.
