Given the great personal contribution to strengthening sovereignty, constitutional order and state independence, the permanent neutrality of independent neutral Turkmenistan, the outstanding services to our state and people, the successes achieved, as well as many years of dedicated work, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree authorizing:
To award the title "Hero of Turkmenistan" and the gold medal "Altyn Aý" to Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations (New York City, United States of America) Ataeva Aksoltan Toraevna.
