1.The Turkish Culture Days in Turkmenistan ended with a spectacular event - a display of clothes made from famous Turkish fabrics within the framework of the Türkiye dokuma atlası project.
The event was held in the Exhibition Hall of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan.The quality of Turkish textiles has been honed over centuries.Particularly famous are the fabrics of Anatolia, the historical region of Türkiye where weaving originated 9000 years ago.
2. The delegation of Turkmenistan, led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vepa Hajiyev, took part in the third meeting of the Turkmen-Chinese working group on ensuring the security of economic cooperation facilities. It was noted that the Turkmen-Chinese relations of comprehensive strategic partnership are dynamically and consistently developing in many aspects.
3.Turkmenistan has adopted changes to the procedure for assigning and paying pensions, providing for the introduction of personal pensions for special services to the country.According to the amendments, the size of the personal pension will be 20 units of the basic pension amount.
A personal pension will be assigned for many years of conscientious work and particularly significant contribution to the development of the state to holders of the title Hero of Turkmenistan or persons awarded several other high state awards upon reaching retirement age.
4.During the Turkmen-German business forum in Berlin, which was held on November 20, 19 memorandums and a contract worth 8 million 160 thousand euros were signed.
A business meeting of entrepreneurs from the two countries demonstrated mutual interest in strengthening partnerships and readiness for joint investment projects.The business delegation of Turkmenistan held meetings with German partners, during which important aspects of strategic cooperation were discussed.
5. A concert of an eccentric duo of pianists from Germany was held in Ashgabat to a full house. Musicians Marcel Dorn and Stefan Wei come from a small area in Bavaria. They base their performances on interpretations of famous musical works. As the musicians themselves said, they gave 1000 concerts in 100 countries.

6. A monument to potatoes was unveiled in Belarus. The bronze sculpture represents a basket filled with potatoes. It was installed next to the potato storage facility on the eve of the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers.
7.For the first time in 37 years, blue macaws have bred chicks in the wild.This was made possible thanks to the efforts of scientists, breeders and the Brazilian government.
A married couple of birds inhabited an artificial nest installed in the reserve.At the end of November, two healthy chicks hatched from the eggs.Blue macaws are large parrots with bright blue plumage.
They lived in the rainforests of northeastern Brazil, but by 2000 they had been virtually wiped out due to deforestation and capture for the pet trade.

8.The national team of Turkmenistan played away in a draw with the Hong Kong team in the second round of the qualifying round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The match was held at the “Hong Kong” stadium and ended with a score of 2:2.As part of the Turkmen team, midfielder of the Hong Kong “Kitchee” Ruslan Mingazov scored a brace.
Having bounced back twice during the match, the hosts still managed to bring the game to a draw.
9.There are only a few days left before the start of the 14th World Kurash Wrestling Championship in Ashgabat.We can already say that the upcoming world championship will go down in history as one of the major sporting events of the year.
According to new data, more than 490 people are expected to arrive in Ashgabat, including athletes, coaches, judges and other officials from 53 countries.The World Championship, at which 15 sets of medals will be competed in 7 men's and 8 women's weight categories, will be held at the martial arts sports complex of the Olympic village.
