A tournament for Turkmenistan Cup on chess and international checkers was conducted among the side-disabled person in Dashoguz city. The teams from all regions and Ashgabat city took part in the competitions. The organizer of the competition was the Central Physical Culture and Sports Club of Disabled Persons of Turkmenistan.
The intellectual fights of the strongest took place in a stubborn struggle.The deciding games were played in the final part of the tournament, following the results a confident win was won by the team of the Dashoguz region (coach - Kuvvatkuli Taganov).
In its asset - ten points.The strongest chess players from the northern region - candidate for master of sports Mergen Muhaev, as well as advanced athletes Mahim Taganova, Abdulla Abdullaev, Yoldashbai Tadjiev demonstrated good tactics and strategy of the game.
Second best - Ashgabat chess players who scored eight points.The top three closed the team from Mary region.
The team of Lebap region was the first to compete in international drafts. The second and third places were awarded to teams from Ashgabat city and Dashoguz region.
Winners and prize-winners of competitions are awarded with the Cup, diplomas and valuable prizes, established by the organizers of the national tournament.
