The Center for the Belarusian Language and Innovative Technologies opened in Tajikistan

The Center for the Belarusian Language and Innovative Technologies opened in Dushanbe on the basis of the Tajik National University, BELTA reports.

The opening of the center took place during the visit of the Belarusian delegation to Tajikistan. The event was attended by the co-chairs of the Belarusian-Tajik Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, Ministers of Agriculture Sergey Bartosh and Kurbon Hakimzoda.

The Center for the Belarusian Language and Innovative Technologies will operate at the joint faculty of the Tajik National University with universities in Belarus.The joint faculty has been operating since 2018.

It was organized by the Belarusian State University, the International State Ecological Institute named after A.D.Saharov BSU, Belarusian State Technological University and Polotsk State University.Currently, Belarusian universities are implementing educational programs of the first stage of higher education with the Tajik National University in 12 specialties.

The center plans to regularly hold educational events, including weekly online meetings of deans of a joint faculty, classes on the history and culture of Belarus and Tajikistan, the exchange of innovative developments created by university students, seminars, anniversary and career guidance events.
