The postal service company “Turkmenpost”, along with the Ashgabat one, has a cargo department in the administrative center of Mary velayat.
The regional cargo department, located at the railway station in the city of Mary, daily sends parcels and cargo of various sizes and weights throughout Turkmenistan. Cargoes delivered to the velayat via the steel highway are also accepted here.
Clients, which may include individual citizens, organizations, enterprises, companies, are guaranteed the safety and delivery of forwarded goods within one day.
To send cargo, clients must provide an identification document (passport) and indicate a telephone number for contact. The recipient, in turn, presents his passport upon receipt of the cargo.
