The Ambassador of Turkmenistan presented his credentials to the President of Sri Lanka

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of India Shalar Geldynazarov presented his credentials to the President of Sri Lanka Ranil Wickramasinghe. This was reported by the press service of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in India.

Let us remind that Shalar Geldynazarov, by Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, was appointed both Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Previously, there was no Turkmen diplomatic representation in Sri Lanka.

The residence of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Sri Lanka is located in New Delhi.
