The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Belarus Nazarguly Shagulyev took part in the flower-laying ceremony on the Friendship Alley in the “Pobeda” museum and park complex in Minsk, reports the IIC.
The event was attended by members of the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives of the CIS member states to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth.
Deputy Secretary General of the CIS Leonid Anfimov, in his speech at the ceremony, emphasized that the unprecedented feat of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War will never be forgotten.
