The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Korea Begench Durdyev met in Seoul with the head of the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Park Jin, reports the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.
The parties discussed issues of strengthening mutually beneficial relations between the two countries, as well as plans for the upcoming visit of Minister Park Jin to Turkmenistan. The trip is planned for November 1 and is connected with participation in the 16th meeting of the “Central Asia Republic of Korea” cooperation forum, which will be held in Ashgabat.
The Minister expressed gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the significant contribution of the Turkmen side to organizing a high-level meeting of the “Central Asia - Republic of Korea” cooperation forum.
