The Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Seoul presented two Alabay puppies - a gift to the President of Korea and his wife

At the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Korea yesterday, a ceremony was held to hand over two Alabay puppies presented to President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife during their state visit to Ashgabat on June 11.

The Alabay puppies were delivered on June 18 on a direct flight from Ashgabat to Seoul, reports newscentralasia.net.

The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Korea Begench Durdyyev presented the puppies along with the corresponding international certificates to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea for Protocol Affairs Kim Tae-jin.

The event was attended by officials from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as representatives of authoritative Korean media.

The parties then held a separate meeting. Kim Tae-jin thanked the Turkmen side for organizing the state visit of President Yoon at the highest level.

The Turkmen diplomat expressed confidence that the visit will give a powerful impetus to the further development of bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea, the source notes.

Let us remind that on June 11, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, presented two Alabay puppies as a gift to the President of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife.
