The Ambassador of Turkmenistan discussed bilateral cooperation with Hungarian officials

The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Hungary (with residence in Vienna) Hemra Amannazarov held negotiations with the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary Sandor Lezsak and the diplomatic adviser to the President of Hungary Christoph Altus.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, reports the Turkmen diplomatic mission in Austria.

During the negotiations, the parties touched upon topics of political, trade, economic and cultural interaction. Particular attention was paid to the organization of mutual visits at the highest level, student exchange and the role of interparliamentary relations.

It is worth noting that 2024 is marked by the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi. In this regard, ceremonial events dedicated to Turkmen culture and heritage will be held throughout Hungary throughout the year.
