The organizers of the Silk Way rally-raid announced that the 2025 race will take place across the Russian Federation and Mongolia. The rally will start on July 12 in Irkutsk and finish on July 22 in Gorno-Altaisk.
Participants will overcome 11 stages, running from the shores of Lake Baikal through Baikalsk, Ulan-Ude, Ulaanbaatar, Bayankhongor, Altai, Khovd and Kosh-Agach to Gorno-Altaisk.
The total distance of the route will be about 5 thousand kilometers, of which about 2.5 thousand kilometers will be special stages. All categories of vehicles will take part in the Silk Way rally-marathon 2025: trucks, SUVs, all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles and quad bikes.
