The 13th meeting of the Turkmen-Tajik Intergovernmental Commission will be held in Ashgabat

On October 16, the 13th meeting of the Turkmen-Tajik Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Partnership will be held in Ashgabat, reports a Turkmenportal correspondent.

The meeting will discuss a wide range of issues, including trade, economic and investment cooperation, prospects for cooperation in energy, water resources, the agro-industrial complex, transport and logistics, as well as in the areas of education, science, medicine, culture and sports.

The previous meeting of the commission took place in November last year in Dushanbe under the co-chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan Tangryguly Atahalliyev and his Tajik counterpart Ziyozoda Sulaimon Rizoi.

The upcoming meeting will feature speeches by members of the delegations of the two countries.
