Turkmenbashi “Shagadam” became the winner of the Cup of the Balkan velayat, having beaten the Balkanabat “Nebitchi” (2:1) on the last game day. The game was held at the “Sport Toplumy” stadium in Balkanabat.
“Shagadam” with 12 points out of 12 possible became the winner of the tournament. “Nebitchi” finished second with 9 points.
The Balkan velayat Cup held on May 15-19 with the participation of five teams.
The best player of the tournament was “Shagadam” midfielder Ihlas Magtymov. The best goalkeeper of the tournament was Perhat Hajitaganov, representing “Nebitchi”.
