Nusay Yollary Individual entity started the digging of the pit for the foundation of the first 40-apratment building, which is planned to be built under the second phase of construction of Gurtly residential estate in the west of Ashgabat.
Private construction organization the members of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan will have to built 62 four-storey residential buildings with 40 to 80 apartments in each.
New residential complex is built on 90 hectares of the territory next to Keshinskaya and Gurbansoltan Eje streets.It is also planned to build social and living infrastructural facilities like kindergarten and school, shopping and entertainment centre, market and shops is planned together with the construction of residential houses.
Engineering communications, pump and electrical substations, other auxiliary facilities will be built, surrounding territory will be developed and planted with trees.
