SCRMET Export Deals Exceed 537 Million Manats in July Week 2

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) reported concluding transactions worth over 537 million 257 thousand manats last week.

For the domestic market, Turkmen entrepreneurs purchased polypropylene, blended paraffin wax, base oil (produced by the State Concern Türkmennebit), technical carbon and iodine, bischofite, sodium sulfate (produced by the State Concern Türkmenhimiýa), as well as float glass and handmade carpets.

For foreign currency, business representatives from the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, and Uzbekistan bought aviation kerosene and polypropylene produced at the technological units of the State Concern Türkmennebit.Entrepreneurs from the UAE, Afghanistan, and Kyrgyzstan purchased bed linen sets, terry and denim products, denim and cotton fabrics, cotton yarn, and Portland cement, amounting to over 7 million 763 thousand US dollars.

Last week, the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan registered 38 transactions.
