School bazaars will open in Turkmenistan from August 1

According to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan, the government plans to organize a mobile trade in school goods from August 1 to September 5 this year.

Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Atdayev reported at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on preparations for the start of the school year. The Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, together with local manufacturers, ensures that markets are stocked with stationery, school uniforms, sportswear and shoes.

Particular attention is paid to the development of digital trade. It is planned to establish delivery of school goods through the electronic systems of shopping centers, textile stores and private manufacturers.

Mobile trade will be organized in velayat and etrap centers, as well as in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to constantly study consumer demand and ensure full availability of necessary goods for schoolchildren and students in mobile retail outlets.
