Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin arrived in Ashgabat

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin flew to Ashgabat to participate in a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States. This is the first foreign visit of the head of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers after his reappointment, TASS reports.

At the meeting on May 24, the heads of government of the CIS countries plan to discuss issues of trade and economic cooperation, including expanding cooperation in energy, industry and other areas.

As previously reported, the agenda includes consideration of 12 issues. Joint documents are also expected to be signed.
