Russia is interested in increasing imports of high-quality goods from Turkmenistan, including textiles, agricultural products and fertilizers. This was announced by the Russian Ambassador to Ashgabat Ivan Volynkin at a press conference dedicated to the results of cooperation between Ashgabat and Moscow in 2024.
Volynkin noted that the growth of exports of these goods to Russia will contribute to strengthening bilateral relations.He also emphasized that Turkmenistan has already overtaken Uzbekistan in the export of tomatoes to Russia, which indicates the high quality of Turkmen products. “They are really high-quality, tasty, very good.
