The Embassy of USA in Turkmenistan is inviting potential vendors to submit quotation for the Portable resistive load bank for generator maintenance (please see the attachments: draft order (PDF 127KB) and technical specifications (PDF 89.7KB)).
The Embassy intends to award Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is need to do so.
Vendors should submit quotation electronically at AshgabatPROCUREMENT@state.gov on or before December 22, 2020 no later than 5:00 PM local time. Quotation submitted after the date will not be accepted.
