The Embassy of USA in Turkmenistan is inviting potential vendors to submit quotation for EMBASSY VEHICLES MAINTENANCE SERVICES.All needed specifications (PDF 79 KB) and list of services are attached (PDF 73 KB).
The Embassy intends to award Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is need to do so.
The potential vendor should follow further requirements:
Vendors should submit quotation electronically at AshgabatPROCUREMENT@state.gov on or before June 3, 2021 no later than 5:00 PM local time. Quotation submitted after the date will not be accepted.
