Results of project academic competition for school students are summed up

Ashgabat hosted the final round of annual state project academic competition for schoolchildren, which was organized by the Ministry of Education.More than 120 winners of regional competitions took part in the final of intellectual contest.

Totally, the jury consisting of the lecturers of high educational institutions had to review more than eighty individual and joint scientific projects.These projects have been made in three disciplinary directions hard science (physics, mathematics, information technology), humanitarian science (history, literature, languages) and natural sciences (chemistry, biology, geography, ecology).

The main hall of the Childhood and Youth Palace with the exhibition displays was the ground for the presentation of the innovations. The participants of the context introduced their scientific projects, many of which, according to the jury members, are able to aspire for the patent certificates.

The software for Android smartphones that is developed for the users with visual impairment is among actual developments. The authors of this joint project are high-school students of Balakanabat specialized school No. 21 Nurniyaz Glychtaganov and Begzad Ushmekov.

Keen interest was raised by the idea of high-school students of Ashgabat School No. 41Dayanch Muhammedov and Valentina Pogibina.They suggested expanding the spectrum of utilization of used plastic bottles and to produces construction materials, children toys, plastic bags and other.

The creative duet presented light and compact pouf made of this material.Production of soft chairs and couches can be arranged using the same technology.

Another joint project was presented by high-school students of Serdar secondary schools no. 2 and 12, Balkan Velayat Janmurad Arbatov and Suray Goymadov.Under the guidance of their teacher Gulkamar Yolliyeva (school No. 12) and together with local dentists, the kids made number of successful studies related to healing characteristics of the potion of mimosa berries.

Young pharmacists picked up and dried the fruits of the plant, brewed the potion and described its healing effect, which exceeds its camomile analogue.

One of interesting scientific suggestion of school students was addressed to the agrarians.The project of high-school student of Ashgabat school No. 137 Didar Berdiyev is called “Use of bio gases in agriculture”.

The main objective of the work, which has great economic impact, is to produce fresh water from salinized one that can be used for watering of the pastures.

Some scientific proposals are related to the creation of local school websites that unite all directions of learning and education work in single electronic format. Joint project of high-school students of Ashgabat school No. 37 Orazjemal Gayipova and Ejegyz Bazarova presented in Information Technology section is one of the examples of this.

There is joint work in mathematics made by the students of the State Boarding School for talented children received special mention of the jury for the appropriateness and novelty. Vepa Saparklychev and Nurmuhamed Veliyev supported by their techers Jumabay Turyaeva and Aga Narchayev proposed to simplify the solution of algebraic challenges using another hard science the geometry.

The jury defined the authors of the most perspective scientific projects in every nomination, who became the winner of annual academic contest.
