Representatives of universities in Turkmenistan discussed key performance indicators

An online seminar on the topic of key performance indicators (KPIs) was held for representatives of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan.

The seminar was organized by the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management with the support of the country’s Ministry of Education.

The meeting was attended by representatives of management, teaching staff and university students, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) or key performance indicators are numerical performance indicators that help measure the degree to which goals are achieved or the process is optimal, namely: effectiveness and efficiency.

The participants exchanged opinions and shared their experience of using modern software in order to form a management model based on KPIs key performance indicators.

As a result of the online seminar, participants received detailed information and significantly expanded their knowledge about KPIs, and also became familiar with methods for their effective use in management activities.
