USAID's Youth Development Activity (YDA) project announces a call for interns for a program to improve the delivery of employment services. The trainees will work with recruitment agencies to implement the online employment platform Wakant, reports the project’s press service.
Wakant is a full-featured online platform that includes a website and a mobile application. With their help, job seekers can easily find a suitable vacancy and apply for it. For employers, the platform provides access to a large audience and professional services from leading recruitment agencies in Turkmenistan.

Interns will work part-time on a flexible schedule based on preference. Upon completion of the internship, certificates and letters of recommendation will be issued. The selection of candidates will be carried out on a competitive basis.
Requirements for candidates:
• Be between 18 and 25 years of age; • Computer skills; • Good written and oral proficiency in Turkmen and Russian languages; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Be responsible and punctual.
