Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Minister of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mehrdad Bazrpash held a telephone conversation during which they discussed issues related to the upcoming regular meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Iranian Commission on Economic Cooperation.
According to the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry, during the conversation the parties emphasized the importance of the visits to Iran of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on June 14-15, 2022 and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on May 30-31 of this year.
It is noted that Rashid Meredov and Mehrdad Bazrpash noted the importance of the practical implementation of the agreements reached during the above visits.
