On the first day of the New Year, pupils of the Döwletliler köşgi Palace in Ashgabat received gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, reports the IIC.
Among the gifts are two interactive whiteboards for schoolchildren, sets of winter and sportswear, national dresses for girls and New Year's sweets.
Before presenting gifts for the children, popular pop performers performed, and there was also a theatrical performance with the participation of circus performers.
The children themselves also had a chance to show off their talents - they made the scenery for the performance with their own hands. Many of the Palace's pupils have already declared themselves victories in creative competitions.
Interactive whiteboards will be a good tool for teaching children so that in the future they can realize their wildest dreams. The guys expressed their gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people for the gifts.
